In War 2 Victory, players will be able to form alliances with like-minded friends to achieve regional control or to wage war to grab more resources. 

The construction of a Communications Center in the military zone can provide a focal point for friendly troops to mass before an attack when part of a union. 

Coordinated attacks allow players within a union to invite union members to attack the same target to their mutual benefit. 

Players can withdraw their army from a union member’s city at any time.
