Active Scout

You can order your Scout Planes to scout on a target, including another player's cities, bandit city, or a field. If the scouting is successful, you can acquire information about the target. You can view it in the Intelligence panel. If the target city is protected by its own scout planes, there is a chance that it will engage your scout planes. The outcome of the battle is determined by the number of the scout planes of either side. The scouting result is determined by both sides' scouting skill.
