Civilian House

Civilian Houses are where your population dwells. The city can only boost its population if there are enough Civilian Houses. A sufficiently large population is the backbone of your city. Your people will produce resources, build structures, and join the army. You can build multiple Civilian Houses in a city. By building more Civilian Houses or upgrading existing ones, more people will be allowed to setting in your city. The increasing speed of your population is determined by your Morale.
