Skills can significantly power up your officers. Officers who possess powerful skills can dominate the battlefield. There are 12 skills in the game, and each has 5 levels. When an officer is at LV1, his skill level will also be 1. When the officer reaches LV21, LV41, LV61, and LV81, his skill level will increase as well. You can use the Learn option in your Staff Headquarters to learn new skills for your officers. An officer can learn at most 3 skills. If you want to learn a new skill, you have to remove a current one.
