Level and Experience

The higher level an officer is, the more powerful he will be. Each level he gains grants him an attribute point, which can be distributed to an attribute. The officer will level up by acquiring enough Experience. You can get Experience by: 1. Battles; 2. Ransacking and serving as a Mayor; 3. Using diamonds to add Experience to officers in Staff Headquarters.
